My kids have been dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop) for several years but are frustrated (as am I) with their school.  They work hard all year only to perform the same routine every year at the recital.  Where is the best place to truly study ballet?

Are you close to Lambertville or willing to take a ride there? Roxy is the best of the best around these parts.

If you are sick of recitals, then you will love Red Oak Ballet Academy in Annandale, off of Route 31 in the Country Plaza. The owner/director is a wonderful dancer and teaches a lot of the classes herself. She does not do any recitals, but instead offers optional performance opportunities. Check it out, it's a wonderful school.
