InterExchange Au Pair USA is looking for a local field representative to oversee the Hunterdon County region.  While upholding Department of State guidelines, this individual will help promote a cultural exchange program that provides a unique solution for families seeking affordable and flexible childcare.  This is an excellent opportunity to work with a group of lively international au pairs and American host families.  

The Local Coordinator position is multi-faceted and requires a unique skill-set and professional background. We are seeking out an individual who is well connected in their community.  Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in at least two of the following areas: cultural exchange, counseling and mediation, sales and marketing, and child care.  The chosen candidate will work from home part-time, 5-15 hours per week, providing support and guidance for host families and au pairs. Other responsibilities include planning fun and educational monthly events for the au pairs and working to develop a larger client base through community marketing and local sales initiatives.
