To assist management in opening and/or closing the store, completing basic operational procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Position reports directly to the Store Manager. Act as a positive role model and sales leader, monitor sales floor to ensure coverage especially front of store, foster a positive work environment. Assist with establishing, teaching and demonstrating uncompromising customer service and customer satisfaction practices ensuring that skills are utilized by Associates to maximize sales.
